How the Loyalty Card works

Attend a class

Join any participating Accurate Lunch & Learn, in-person or virtual. Topics include Davis-Stirling, termite and wood repair, reading termite reports, and more.

Earn stamps on your card

Each completed class + final = one stamp on your Loyalty Card. Behind the scenes we track your progress using your final results and match them to your card.

Unlock rewards

When you complete all the classes on your card, your office becomes eligible for a special reward — like a taco party or entry into a big end-of-year raffle.

Rewards for frequent attendees

We want our Lunch & Learns to be more than “just another free lunch.” Managers who complete the full Loyalty Card will qualify for a meaningful thank-you from Accurate.

★First reward: a celebration event for the office, such as a taco party or similar experience

★Second reward: entry into a major end-of-year raffle for their office

Exact rewards may vary by year and program, but the goal is the same: reward managers who show up, learn, and complete every class.

If you believe you completed a final but don't see credit here, reach out to your Accurate rep or reply to your confirmation email.
Once your card is complete, our team will contact you to coordinate your reward.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to complete the final to get credit?: Yes. The final is how we officially confirm attendance and give credit toward your Loyalty Card.
Does every Lunch & Learn count toward the card?: All participating Accurate Lunch & Learns that include a final count toward your card. Your rep can tell you which classes are eligible.
How will I know when my card is complete?: When our system shows you've completed all required classes and finals, our marketing team will reach out to coordinate your reward.
Can multiple managers from the same office participate?: Yes. Each manager has their own card, but rewards are typically delivered at the office level — so more participation means more fun for the team.
